Coconut Balls - Summer Camp 2022 Brunch Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 packets of coconut
  • 1 condensed milk tin

Preparation

  • Put the 1 and 1/2 packet of coconut and milk in a bowl and mix it with clean hands.
  • It needs to be ready to make small balls.
  • If its too soft and more coconut.
  • Make small balls with your hands
  • Put the 1/2 of the extra coconut in a dish or bowl and roll the ball you made to cover it with coconut.
  • When you do that with all the balls put them in a container and in the fridge to set.
  • After an hour they are ready to eat. In summer, keep them in the fridge do they are nice and cool.
